Courses in the Training Center are taught by center experts and visiting lecturers from Land Forces elements. Each course is composed from instrumental teaching package: weapons, engineering and other teaching means. In the future the center intends to cooperate with Pennsylvania National Guard, Swedish, Danish and Baltic military educational institutions.

Lithuanian membership in NATO and the EU, integration processes, Lithuanian Armed Forces transformation, rejection of compulsory military service and economical burden have conditioned the necessity to reform military training in Lithuanian Armed Forces. One of the Training Center tasks is to optimize the training center structures and to ensure the specialists' training at the Training Center. Another task is to ensure optimal use of the infrastructure, to concentrate elements and military units into integral military territories and to use common administrative, material storage, social welfare accommodations and territories.
