New service sign of the Command was approved on the 3^rd November 2010 by the Order of the Minister of National Defence No. V-1181 "Description of Service Sign's Standard of the Training and Personnel Command of the Lithuanian Armed Forces".

The shape of the service sign of the Command is a taper form shield. In darkly-purple field of the shield there are crossed silver style and sword, and a parchment-coloured scroll of paper in between them. Heart of style and handle of sword are golden. The style symbolizes science, the sword - soldiership, and the scroll - administrative functions. Darkly-purple colour is the colour of the Training and Doctrine Command.
